# Anthropic 指控 Moonshot 与 DeepSeek 偷路由提取推理

Anthropic 在 9 月威胁情报报告中指控 Moonshot 与 DeepSeek 私自把客户请求转给 Claude、拿其回答当自家输出并提取推理用于训练，称之为 illicit distillation;Moonshot 的 Kimi 被指静默转发并留存会话，DeepSeek 部分请求在用户不知情下被转到 Claude Opus。

Anthropic 估算，Moonshot 在 2026 年 5 至 7 月超 2300 万次交互，DeepSeek 在 7 月 14 天内超 1210 万次，手法为 cross-session replay;它称已封禁账号并加检测。这些是其自身估算，非独立取证或服务器被黑；The Information 称中国监管机构在查，未见具名立案或处罚。
