# Claude 更新记忆与敏感话题设置

_默认开启、团队关闭并排除敏感话题，是 Anthropic 的隐私产品表态。_

Anthropic 8 月 25 日的 release notes 更新了两个功能：记忆(Memory)现在跨 chat 与 Cowork 在云端工作，并添加敏感话题排除开关。Claude 记住的所有内容集中到 Settings > Memory 的 Topics 列表里，用户可编辑或删除任意条目。

另一个变化是隐私边界：健康、信仰等敏感话题默认不进记忆，除非用户主动开启 Include sensitive topics in memory。同时记忆对 **Free、Pro、Max** 计划默认开启，对 **Team、Enterprise** 组织默认关闭——这一默认政策的具体取舍，可参考源料中的原始表述。
