# Sam Altman 改口：AI 净创造就业

_两家顶尖 AI 实验室 CEO 同时软化「AI 消灭就业」立场，但数据仍空白。_

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman 近日在 X 上改口，称 AI 到目前为止是「净创造就业」的，与他此前「整个职业可能消失」的论调形成 180 度转弯，并坦言这不是预期结果。Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei 也在软化口径，将 AI 描述为「生产力倍增器」，搁置了此前短期大量替代入门白领岗位的说法。

然而，现有研究并不支撑任何一边的极端叙事。一项多校联合研究发现程序员和文案岗位的危机始于 2022 年初，早于 ChatGPT 发布；耶鲁预算实验室同样未发现 AI 驱动的就业市场变化。两位 CEO 的立场转变，更多折射的是行业叙事策略调整，而非实际劳动力市场转折。
