# Agent Plugins 标准发布，Anthropic 缺席

_创制 MCP 和 Agent Skills 的 Anthropic 未列入联合发布方名单。_

Amazon、Cursor、Microsoft、OpenAI 和 Vercel 联合发布 Agent Plugins 1.0.0，一个面向 AI 代理插件的开放标准。该标准通过目录结构和 `plugin.json` 清单文档，统一 agent skills 和 MCP 服务器的打包格式，实现一次打包、跨平台复用。

值得注意的是，MCP 和 Agent Skills 的原创者 Anthropic 未列入内核维护者名单。同期，Anthropic 在其桌面工具 Cowork 中搭建自有插件体系，其标准与行业联盟路线或日渐分化。此外，Google 已宣布作为内核维护者加入，阵营对比愈发明显。

Agent Plugins 仅定义打包与发现层，暂不涉及市场、权限或运行环境。
