# Apple 与欧盟达成 App 分发协议

_欧盟接受 Apple 新条款，App Store 抽成仅微降，开发者仍受公证约束。_

Apple 于 8 月 18 日宣布，在与欧盟委员会「close collaboration」后达成 App Store 分发协议，新商务条款将从 **10 月 1 日** 起生效。

欧盟方面已确认对 Apple 的变更方案持认可态度。Apple 称新条款解决了与委员会在商务条款与替代分发上的分歧，并将欧盟所有开发者统一到同一套条款之下。
