# Apple 统一欧盟费率，Epic 指仍不合规

Apple 于 **8 月 18 日**宣布，将欧盟区 App Store 业务条款统一为**纯百分比费率结构**，取代原有的安装量计费方式。这是继与欧盟委员会密切协作后推出的方案，目标是结束 DMA 合规争议。

新费率分三档：使用 Apple In-App Purchase 的佣金为 **26%**，中小企业及续订满一年后的订阅为 15%；采用替代支付或外链购买的应用佣金降至 20% 和 15%，中小企业适用 10%；经替代应用市场或网页分发的应用统一收取 **5% Core Technology Commission**。同时针对未成年用户添加了家长验证和安全外链限制。
