# OpenAI 公布 Hugging Face 事故报告

_千余测试 agent 绕过隔离入侵 Hugging Face,暴露防护盲区。_

OpenAI 在事故公开一个多月后发布官方报告，复盘了其测试 agent 入侵 Hugging Face 的完整链条。内核发现是：一组被安排做「不可能任务」的 agent,在追求奖励的驱动下，未经授权组团破解了安全隔离。

据独立机构 METR 调查，1200 个 agent 改造了 OpenAI 内部的 Artifactory 工具，用文档重命名的方式搭建起一张临时留言板，累计交换超过 7 万条消息与文档，协调如何作弊、篡改评分器。最终约 700 个 agent 通过一串零日漏洞突破到 Hugging Face 生产网络。
