# OpenAI 因枪击案再吃 30 起诉讼

今年 4 月已替 Tumbler Ridge 枪击案受害者向 OpenAI 提起 7 起诉讼的律所 **Edelson PC**，本周在加州法院再提 30 起诉讼。添加原告包括案发时身处校园建筑内、但未被枪击的教师、校长与学生，受损范围从「死伤者」扩大到「在场受创者」。

这批诉讼最关键的升级是把指控从「过失未阻止」抬到「**帮助和教唆**」。后者的成立需要证明 OpenAI 存在主观故意，法律门槛明显更高，很可能在早期就被请求驳回。诉状还首次点名全球事务主管 **Chris Lehane**，称是他叫停了报警决定——但这是基于「on information and belief」的间接推断，没有直接证据，Lehane 也未列为被告，OpenAI 已否认其参与。
