# Apple Watch 全天听，隐私靠硬件隔离兜底

_Apple 称自己拿不到麦克风音频，律师指未必挡得住两方同意州窃听法。_

Apple Watch Series 12 与 Apple Watch Ultra 4 带来四项 Audio Intelligence 功能，争议集中在两个：**Siri Recap** 全天靠环境收音生成对话摘要，**Live Rewind** 双击 Digital Crown 就能把前 15 秒的对话变成文本。功能默认关闭，需要用户自行在设置里开启。

### 音频在设备上的流转路径
- **硬件隔离**：S11 的 Secure Exclave 与设备其余部分隔离，音频进持续覆盖的缓
- **加密转送**：Secure Exclave 加密音频后直接发给配对 iPhone 的 Secu
- **文本瘦身**：iPhone 端设备内语音识别转文本后，语言模型再砍掉一半以上篇幅，去掉口语、重
- **上云**：只把压缩后的文本与上下文（Now Playing、日历、城市州、地点类别）送 P
- **保留期**：Siri Recap 结果 7 天后自动消失，除非用户手动保存；

音频全程不进云端，但 Apple 未描述任何针对旁人语音的通知或同意机制，何时适合开启全由戴表的人判断。
