OpenAI 今日宣布将 ChatGPT Health 接入 Epic 电子病历系统(EHR)。Epic 持有超过 3.25 亿患者数据，接入后临床医生可将病历信息导入 ChatGPT,并就患者记录提问。官方明确，此集成仅提供**只读访问**,AI 不会向病历写回任何内容。

功能上，临床医生可调阅预约记录、检验结果、用药和专科文档并快速汇总，还能识别就诊以来的变化、为后续预约做准备。部分部署中 ChatGPT 直接嵌入 EHR 界面，医生**无需离开患者病历**即可完成就诊前回顾、构建临床时间线。
