据 Bloomberg 的 Mark Gurman 在 Power On 爆料，今秋的 **Apple Watch Series 12 与 Ultra 4** 可能在健康追踪上加码：测试中的全天候心率监测(always-on)或让手表不再只在运动时连续测心率。目前 Apple Watch 仅在运动时持续读取心率，平时每隔几分钟才测一次，落后于 Whoop、Fitbit Air 等对手。

连续监测会吃掉续航，而传闻中的 **S11 芯片**主打更优性能与能效，可能补上这部分功耗。同时 Apple 被指正在重做 **Health 与 Fitness app**,展示更多健康与恢复类指标，方向接近 Whoop 和 Oura 的做法——让用户看得懂数据、而不只是盯着活动圆环。
