# OpenAI 推零留存安全处理

_不存用户数据却抓滥用，直击 Anthropic 30 天留存软肋，争夺敏感行业客户。_

OpenAI 预览了一套名为 **Private Safety Processing** 的新安全系统，目标是在不保留客户数据的前提下抓取滥用行为。它与现有的 Zero Data Retention（ZDR）政策配合：客户数据留在自有基础设施上，或加密存于 OpenAI 侧且密钥由客户掌控，OpenAI 人员始终接触不到底层输入输出。

传统 ZDR 只能逐会话监控滥用，而很多风险要跨多个对话才显形。新系统让自动化代理跨会话评估输入输出，触发时只把一个「涵盖活动类型与严重程度」的窄信号发回 OpenAI，由公司据此决定是否需要处置并联系客户补充背景。
