# 阿里全面禁用 Claude Code，字节/蚂蚁绕限

_阿里 7 月 10 日起禁用 Claude Code，因 Anthropic 识别中国用户代码；字节、蚂蚁通过海外实体绕限，中美 AI 博弈加剧。_

Anthropic 正收紧对中国 AI 的服务，中国企业应对策略分化。字节跳动与蚂蚁集团通过新加坡子公司和 VPN 绕开条款使用 Claude Code；阿里巴巴自 7 月 10 日起全面禁止员工使用 Claude Code，并强制卸载所有 Claude 系列产品（含 Sonnet、Opus、Fable），原因是 Claude Code 自 2.1.91 版起植入“后门”代码：检测时区是否为中国（Asia/Shanghai 或 Asia/Urumqi），并验证域名是否命中包含百度、阿里巴巴、字节跳动、月之暗面等 147 个条目清单，检测结果被编码进系统提示词上传。阿里评估其为“高风险软件”，推荐员工转向自研编程工具 Qoder。Anthropic 回应称该机制是 3 月上线的实验，意在防范转售和模型蒸馏，且已于 7 月 2 日新版本中移除代码。但阿里内部将其定性为“植入后门的安全风险”。Anthropic 还更新服务条款：禁止中国政府控制的公司（直接或间接持股超 50%）使用其产品，不论运营地。字节和蚂蚁通过新加坡实体规避，但条款执行面临挑战。此事件凸显中美 AI 服务割裂：Anthropic 技术封锁，部分企业规避，阿里则划清界限以规避风险。需关注腾讯、百度等是否跟进禁用。
