# Musk 撤回对 Apple 的反垄断指控，只留 OpenAI

**X 与 SpaceXAI 在 9 月 14 日提交动议，自愿撤回对 Apple 的全部反垄断指控**,同一份文档里明确表示不撤回针对 OpenAI 三个实体的指控。多家媒体在当日跟进了同一份法庭文档。
