# 上诉法院维持五角大楼对 Anthropic 的禁用

D.C. 巡回上诉法院 9 月 25 日以 2:1 维持五角大楼把 Anthropic 列为供应链风险的决定，Claude 被挡在国防部与承包商项目外。

加州法院上月判依 §3252 的认定违法，该条要求恶意动机；上诉法院未推翻，转而依不要求恶意的 §4713 审查。

该排除只针对国防部及其承包商工作，裁决暂缓生效，Anthropic 称尊重但不同意并考虑复审。
