# Xcode 27 Beta 3 发布，Neural Engine 需新授权

Xcode 27.0 Beta 3（build 27A5218g）于 7 月 6 日向开发者发布，需 macOS 26.4 或更高版本。随 iOS 27、macOS 27、watchOS 27 等系统 beta 3 一同推送，含各平台 SDK 与 Swift 6.4 编译器。

Neural Engine 策略收紧。iOS 27 起限制 Neural Engine 后台访问，与 GPU 管理对齐；App 若需后台 on-device 推理，必须申请新 entitlement **com.apple.developer.background-tasks.continued-processing.inference**。
