# Apple 随 Series 12 重构 Health,添加 Readiness 评分

_iPhone、iPad 上的 Health app 同步大改：Readiness 评分、Health Age 与实验室检测都进了 app。_

Apple 借 Apple Watch Series 12 的发布，把 Health 的改动铺到了 iPhone 和 iPad 上。

新款手表继续强调心率、HRV 等采集能力，但更值得注意的是它对数据的处理方式：手表负责采数据，iPhone 与 iPad 上重新设计的 Health app 负责把它翻译成人能用的信息。
