# Anthropic 发布新版 Claude 宪法

Anthropic 官网 的 constitution 页面已挂出最新版 Claude 宪法全文，开篇把 Claude 定义为公司使命的直接体现：商业成功支撑前沿研究与行业规范影响力，因此 Claude「既要有好价值观，也要是个好助手」。这版文本不是规则手册，而是一份让 Claude 自己权衡情境的判断框架。
