微软 CEO Satya Nadella 罕见发文，警告企业慎用闭源 AI 模型，称用户支付 token 费用时，还在无偿「上交」业务知识。他直指 OpenAI 与 Anthropic 存在「反向信息悖论」：这些实验室一面基于「合理使用」抓取公开数据训练模型，另一面却在服务条款中禁止从模型输出中进行「蒸馏」。

Nadella 认为，企业的提示词、纠错反馈与使用流程构成「废气」，被提炼为 AI 供应商的「机构知识」。他写道：「你表面上在消费智能，同时也在创造智能，而你所创造的，理应是属于你的。」他呼吁企业保留数据所有权，建立能自由切换模型供应商的「编排层」，避免被单一厂商锁定。

这与 Anthropic 近期立场形成对冲，后者曾指控中国厂商利用大量调用进行「蒸馏攻击」，并敦促加强出口管制。
