加州联邦地区法官 Rita Lin 周四作出裁决，**撤销五角大楼将 Anthropic 列为国家安全供应链风险的决定**，并在 59 页裁定书中将此举定性为「非法且无依据」。这一决定使 Anthropic 重新具备承接联邦合同的资格，同时废除了 Hegseth 禁止军方承包商与 Anthropic 做生意的附加惩罚措施。
